Please be informed that applictions for vessels lay-up status in the port of Kirkenes is to be directed to the port administration.

The application should contain the following information:

1) Name of the vessel

2) Name and contact details of the Shipowner

3) Type of vessel

4) IMO number.

5) Callsign
6) ØName of confirmed berthing place in the port

7) Name and contact detail for the vessels agent in Norway for the lay-up period

8) Application period

The application should furthermore state that the vesel will be held operative and sailable and that a safety crew will be on-board permanentely during the whole lay-up period.
